Northbridge Insurance delivered an insightful presentation during the weekly Employer Showcase of the Insurance Management program. Their steadfast support over the years, highlighted by the recent establishment of a scholarship, underscores Northbridge's commitment to the program's success.

The Northbridge Insurance team excelled in outlining the diverse career paths available to new graduates within the insurance sector and specifically at Northbridge. The presentation showcased a stellar lineup of industry professionals representing claims, underwriting, operations, and Human Resources departments. Noteworthy was the presence of recent Insurance Management graduates from Northbridge, including Sine Mutabazi and Greg Gochuico, contributing valuable insights.
The event received acclaim from students who appreciated the engaging nature of the presentation, further enhanced by Northbridge Insurance's gesture of providing lunch to everyone in attendance. Beyond this event, Northbridge has consistently supported the Insurance Management program, offering students compelling opportunities in underwriting and claims. Last year, eight students were successfully hired by Northbridge Insurance, demonstrating their commitment to fostering talent. Additionally, Northbridge Insurance actively participates in the Insurance Management Program Advisory Committee.
