Alumna Receives Prestigious Academic Awards from the Insurance Institute of Canada

Insurance Management graduate, Sunny Copok, has been honoured with multiple academic accolades from the Insurance Institute of Canada (IIC) for her outstanding performance in the Chartered Insurance Professional Program (CIP) during the year 2023.

Sunny's achievements include the title of Top First Year Student, recognizing her as the top academic performer in Ontario among full-time insurance program students. Additionally, she was bestowed with the Douglas N. Hurlburt Award, presented to the highest-achieving student who completed the first half of the CIP curriculum. Sunny was also honoured with the Tretiak Memorial Prize, awarded to the student exhibiting the best performance among first-year students in a full-time insurance program nationwide.

Notably, Sunny's remarkable feat marks the fifth instance in the past six years that an Insurance Management student from Humber has received this esteemed recognition for academic excellence.
