Restaurants Canada Show Returns In-Person, Welcoming Hospitality and Tourism Management Students

From April 10th to 12th, the 2023 Restaurants Canada (RC) Show made a return in full force, with attendees once again able to experience the event in person. The show centred around its Heart & Hustle theme, offered an immersive experience to over 200 students enrolled in Hospitality and Tourism Management diploma and graduate certificate programs.

Students were provided with invaluable insights into various aspects of the industry, including food service innovation, new revenue opportunities for restaurants, the integral role of AI, robotics, and technology in enhancing customer service experiences, as well as the industry's commitment to sustainability and the initiatives driving it forward. Students gained a glimpse into the exciting career prospects that await them upon graduation, igniting their aspirations for success.

The highlight of the show was the extensive taste-testing and sampling sessions, where students had the privilege of indulging in a wide array of original and leading food and beverage trends from both the Canadian and global marketplace.

The RC Show served as a valuable platform for students to witness firsthand the innovation and excitement that define the hospitality industry.
