Hospitality – Hotel & Restaurant Operations Management Students Solve Industry Challenges

Presented with current cases from the accommodations, food, and beverage, and retirement sectors, Hospitality & Restaurant Operations Management students worked diligently in groups over four months during their final semester to deliver forward-thinking initiatives.

Students applied strategic business models, as well as research, critical thinking, and teamwork skills to provide feasible solutions and realistic implementation plans to real-life cases for industry partners.
