Emilia Thompson, a 2025 graduate of the Bachelor of Commerce – Fashion Management program, has been accepted to law school, where she plans to specialize in intellectual property (IP) law.
During her time at Humber, Emilia was a highly engaged student who demonstrated strong leadership both in and outside the classroom. She led Infuse for a year, founded the Fashion Law Society, and collaborated with students in the Paralegal program to host a joint academic event, an initiative that highlighted the intersection of fashion and legal studies.
Emilia credits her time at Humber for sparking her interest in the legal dimensions of the fashion industry and inspiring her decision to pursue a career in IP law.
