Fashion Management postgrad student Meg Munro got all her peers together online for a quick session to reinvigorate bodies and minds and prep students for exams. Meg lead everyone through a quick (but hard) low-intensity workout! With such busy lives as students, it is always important to look after yourself and find the time to move your body!
Next time you find yourself sitting for a long time, get up and complete a five-ten minute exercise such as squats or standing crunches. Such simple movements like those exercises will create such a positive impact on both your physical and mental health!
