Event Management Students Host Festive Holiday Market at Lakeshore Campus

Event Management students brought holiday cheer to Lakeshore Campus with a thoughtfully curated Holiday Vendor Market, held at G Commons. The event provided a unique opportunity for students to gain practical experience while spreading seasonal joy.
The market featured an array of attractions, including a cookie decorating station, festive mocktail and cookie vendors, and a selection of handcrafted holiday gifts. Visitors were welcomed with complimentary hot chocolate and captivated by intricate handmade crane decorations symbolizing celebration and life
In organizing the event, students demonstrated their event planning, marketing, and production expertise. Their efforts included recruiting diverse vendors and executing a creative campus-wide “crumb marketing” campaign featuring decorative paper cranes, which successfully drew attendees to the market.
The Holiday Vendor Market not only celebrated the spirit of the season but also highlighted the creativity, professionalism, and hard work of the students as aspiring event professionals.
