Digital Business Management students in the MGMT 4002: Product Management course welcomed a lineup of industry experts, gaining valuable insights into key areas such as product management, the role of product managers, new product development, the product life cycle, and customer research. Speakers Shipra Pandey, Sherry Fodor, and Nirantar Jahan provided students with knowledge on essential skills for success, marketing, product failure, and tips for resumes and job applications.

Additionally, Cathy McKnight, an experienced podcaster, led a session on the technical side of podcasting and offered constructive feedback on student podcast pitches. Erin Walker introduced students to the numerous resources available through Humber’s Idea Lab. Special recognition was given to Digital Business Management alumni, Tabassum Hawlader and Amanda Rice, who returned to share their experiences as product managers in two diverse industries.

In the BUS 3003: e-Business Information Systems and Technology course, students were joined by UI/UX design professionals Deema Mattar and Rubain Manzoor. They provided expertise in UI/UX and content design, which students applied to their Fashion History Project App prototype development.

Thank you to all the industry experts for their contributions, enriching the student's learning experiences and offering valuable career insights!
