Digital Business Management Grad Starts at Queen’s Law School This Fall
Congratulations to Uche Umolu, our Digital Business Management grad who is heading to Queen’s Law this Fall to join the Juris Doctor (JD) class of 2025!
Uche arrived in Canada as an international student six years ago and worked very hard on getting her bachelor’s degree and the work experience needed as an immigrant. Throughout her four years at Humber, Uche was an Honours student who was highly involved in extra-curricular projects, as well as an activist advocating for social justice.
After all of Uche’s hard work, and an intense year of LSAT and applications, the dream has come true! we are so incredibly proud of Uche, and wish her the best as she starts her next chapter.
These past few years as a #MeToo activist, leading The Consent Workshop and advocating for sexual health and reproductive rights has forced me to re-imagine a different future for myself. As I got more involved in social justice and policy work, law school became the obvious next step.
