Veal Farmers of Ontario Visit Culinary Students
Veal farmers, corporate chef, and the team visited Humber to talk about all things veal. The team shared information, new recipe ideas, and trends in cooking veal with Culinary Management students.
Great questions were raised by the students and excellent dialogue was shared learning beyond the classroom with local sustainable farmers and food producers.
