Isha Saini, a final-semester student in the Business Management program, has been recognized with the Board of Governors Award—an achievement she describes as beyond anything she ever imagined. “I am incredibly honoured and grateful to receive the Board of Governors Award,” Isha shared. “This is a moment I never could have imagined. It has given me a tremendous sense of recognition, encouragement, and motivation to continue striving for excellence in all aspects of my life.”
With a lifelong interest in business, Isha was drawn to Humber Polytechnic’s Business Management program as the ideal foundation for her career. She credits the program’s experienced faculty—many of whom are successful business owners themselves. “What I love about the program is that all the professors I had the honour of learning from were incredibly experienced and had multiple businesses of their own,” she said. “They provided valuable insight and knowledge about the industry, which has greatly supported me throughout my academic journey.”
The program’s experiential learning, combined with the hands-on mentorship of faculty who bring real-world expertise to the classroom, has been instrumental in preparing Isha for the next phase of her career. As graduation approaches, Isha looks forward to furthering her studies by pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Studies. “Based on my incredible learning experience at Humber, I plan to build on my college education and take a pathway into the Management Studies program,” she said.
