Baking and Pastry Arts Management students showcased their exceptional creativity and technical skill through creating baking-themed cookie displays. Designed as a project to highlight both artistry and technical skill, these displays brought together advanced decorating techniques, structural design, and imaginative storytelling, all in cookie form.

Students worked collaboratively to plan, bake, assemble, and decorate their displays, drawing inspiration from classic bakery settings, pastry tools and whimsical dessert themes. The results were vibrant, detailed creations that demonstrated both innovation and the high level of training happening within our program.

Projects like this not only encourage creative problem-solving and teamwork, but also showcase the unique blend of pastry artistry and technical excellence that defines the Baking and Pastry Arts Management program.

We are proud of our students’ dedication and excited to see their talents continue to rise. Follow @humberbakes on instagram to see viral videos of this and other creations from the Baking and Pastry Arts Management program.
