Baking and Pastry Management Students and Faculty Collaborate on an Innovative Chocolate Showpiece

Students and Faculty from the Baking and Pastry Arts Management program recently collaborated with Animation and Design students and faculty from Media and Creative Arts to create a chocolate showpiece for display at the Academic Plan and Digital Campus launch on October 13, 2022. By using a combination of vacuum forming, 3D modelling, 3D printing, and laser cutting, the collaborative efforts resulted in success! The stunning showpiece, made entirely out of chocolate and standing more than 3 ft tall, represented the potential of innovative partnerships within the college.
