Paralegal Grad Becomes First Humber Student to Receive a Masters at University of Toronto

Ciro William Torres-Granizo, 2014 Paralegal Studies graduate, is Humber’s first degree graduate to achieve a Master of Education from the School of Graduate Studies at the University of Toronto. Ciro graduated with Honours in his specialty of Social Justice Education.

He emigrated from Ecuador and is conversant in both Spanish and German. During his work term at Humber, he interned with Legal Aid Ontario in The Centre for Spanish Speaking Peoples. The centre provided services for low-income individuals in a variety of legal areas. Ciro is a member of the Law Society of Ontario having received his P1 Paralegal Licence.
