Paralegal Degree Alumni Accepted into Law Schools

We are pleased to announce that two Paralegal Degree graduates have been accepted into prestigious Law Schools. Mandeep Tamber, a 2018 Honours graduate, was accepted for admission to the three-year J.D. program at Thompson Rivers University Law School in Kamloops, British Columbia; our first graduate to be accepted to that Law School.

We'd also like to congratulate Joseph Galinsky, a 2017 graduate of the Paralegal Studies degree program, who has been accepted for admission to the Dual U.S./Canada JD Program at the University of Windsor Law School. During his time at Humber, Joseph ranked second in his graduating class of 81 students. "I am beyond proud to be a Humber College Paralegal Degree graduate," says Joseph, "and I hope to continue to raise awareness for the program in a positive manner."

Joseph will be joining a classmate, Katie Drury, who is entering her third year of the Dual JD program. Katie is working this summer with the Bay Street law firm of Wildeboer Dellelce, which specializes in corporate finance and tax law, and has some 50 lawyers. Katie has been offered an articling position with the law firm following the completion of her Law School studies.

Congratulations to both Mandeep, Joseph and Katie on their post-Humber success.
