Paralegal Alumna Called to Ontario Bar After Law School Success

Bachelor of Paralegal Studies graduate, Chloe Davies, has been called to the Ontario Bar following her successful completion of law school at the University of Windsor. At Humber, Chloe excelled academically, graduating with honours and ranking 6th out of 58 students in her cohort. She also co-authored an article on "Improved Access to Justice for the Wrongfully Convicted," which was published in the Humber Journal of Paralegal Access to Justice by Thomson Reuters Canada.

During her first year at Windsor Law School, Chloe achieved an average of 84 percent, ranking 16th in a class of 160 students. Reflecting on her academic journey, she noted that the strong foundation provided by her education at Humber eased her transition into law school, alleviating much of the stress associated with such a demanding program.

After graduating from Windsor Law School in 2023, Chloe completed her articling and was officially called to the Bar of Ontario in June 2024. Expressing her gratitude to Bachelor of Paralegal Studies Program Coordinator, Bernie Aron, Chloe remarked on how well-prepared she felt for the challenges of law school and her subsequent legal career. She is now set to join Gowling WLG in Toronto as an associate in the Private M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) and Securities Law groups, following a well-deserved summer break.
