Law School Admission Requirements Presented to Paralegal Studies Degree Students

On September 22, 2022, the Recruitment, Admissions, and Student Support Officer, Kristen Gaikwad, from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Metropolitan Toronto University conducted information sessions for Humber’s Bachelor of Paralegal Studies students at the Lakeshore Campus. In three sessions with students in Year Three and Year Four, she explained their distinctive approach to Law School education, which includes an Integrated Practice Curriculum component as part of the law studies. This practical hands-on experience enables M.T.U. graduates to immediately write the Bar Admission Examinations without the need to perform the 10-month period of articles. Ms. Gaikwad’s presentation was well received by the students and provided important insight for students into meeting the more holistic admission requirements of the Lincoln School of Law.
