The Journal of Paralegal Access to Justice has been launched by Emond Publishers. Program Co-ordinator of the Bachelor of Paralegal Studies, Bernard Aron is the Editor-in-Chief of the journal that provides a forum for licensed paralegals and paralegal educators to critically examine issues related to the scope of the practice and the role of paralegals in advancing access to justice.
The Journal includes papers prepared by students in the capstone course 'Access to Justice' in the Paralegal Studies degree program. The Access to Justice course is taught by Dr. Karen Schucher, a professor in the degree program.
The 2021 Edition is officially on the Emond Publishers website and is available to readers with an Emond+ membership. The 2022 Edition will be available soon.
