The highly anticipated 2024 edition of the Journal of Paralegal Access to Justice, co-edited by Professors Jasteena Dhillon and Bernard Aron, has been published and is now available for purchase through Emond Publications. The formal launch of this significant contribution to the legal field is scheduled for 2025.

According to Professor Jasteena Dhillon, Co-Chief Editor, the journal serves as a vital platform for exploring critical issues surrounding the scope of paralegal practice and their pivotal role in advancing access to justice.

This year’s edition features a diverse collection of articles written by paralegal students and edited by law professors and legal professionals. Topics covered include housing rights, Shari'ah law, human rights, self-representation, procedural fairness, artificial intelligence, persons with disabilities, and the experiences of Indigenous communities, among others.
