Fairmont Western Region Hotels Visits North Campus With Recruitment Opportunities

Rebecca Hubbs, Talent Acquisition Manager at Fairmont Chateau Whistler, orchestrated two engaging recruitment information sessions on November 8th, following an eventful day at the Longo Faculty of Business Career Fair. The sessions were tailored for students enrolled in Hospitality and Culinary programs.

During these presentations, the spotlight shone on enticing prospects within Fairmont Canada Western Region's array of offerings. Emphasizing programs such as the Student Work Experience Program (SWEP) and the Summit Aspiring Leader Program, attendees were impressed with the opportunity to live and work in some of Canada's most prestigious locales. These include destinations like The Fairmont Banff Springs, The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, and the Fairmont Chateau Whistler.

The sessions attracted an impressive turnout of over one hundred and sixty students, all captivated by the allure of gaining experience at globally acclaimed luxury hotels. Interviews have already been scheduled, and anticipation runs high to witness a robust Humber presence in the Mountain region next summer.
