The amount of love and support I received from every faculty member that I came across helped me to grow, achieve my goals and become the Chef I am today. The learning opportunity there allowed me to take my first trip ever and complete an internship in Italy. My goal is to start a bursary or scholarship fund in order to help students and return the favour since I was also fortunate to receive two of them myself.
