In 2009 Mandarin Restaurant Franchise Corporation began a long term partnership with the School of Hospitality, Recreation & Tourism at Humber College.
As a part of the partnership, the Mandarin Restaurant Culinary Demonstration Lab was established within Humber’s new Canadian Centre of Culinary Arts and Science. Other elements of the partnership include: internship opportunities for Humber Culinary students, education programs for Mandarin staff, and opportunities for Humber students to provide input into the development of Mandarin’s menu.
