Work Integrated Learning Centre Hosted Goodmans LLP

The Work Integrated Learning Centre hosted Goodmans LLP, one of Canada’s premier transaction law firms. Two representatives of the firm delivered a virtual presentation titled, “A Day in the Life at Goodmans”. Joanne Friedman, Learning and Development Specialist, and Alexandra Zidel, Senior Executive Legal Assistant, provided Law Clerk Diploma and Paralegal Degree students with an overview of what it is like to choose a career at Goodmans.

The representatives shared insights about their onboarding process and the firm’s people and culture. They also responded to student questions surrounding employment timelines, dress code, the application process, and current COVID-19 guidelines. The prestigious firm has been a long-time supporter of Humber, providing networking, placement, and post-graduation employment opportunities for Humber students and alumni.
