The Work-Integrated Learning Centre Welcomes Fairmont Western Region Hotels

On Thursday, October 6th, Ashleigh Wylie, Director, Regional Talent Acquisition, returned to Humber’s North campus to facilitate two live and in-person information sessions promoting the Fairmont Canada Western Region’s Student Work Experience Program (SWEP) as well as Festive Season and future career opportunities. The room was full of a captive audience of excited Hospitality, Culinary, and Baking & Pastry students. The incredible opportunities that were being promoted offer students the chance to live and work in some of Canada’s most prestigious and beautiful locations – The Fairmont Banff Springs, The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, or the Fairmont Chateau Whistler. Students in attendance were excited about the prospect of gaining incredible professional and personal experiences through these opportunities, and Fairmont was thrilled to have such a great turnout of engaged students.
