The Longo Family Be Your Own Boss (BYOB) program officially launched in September with its first in-person sessions at Lakeshore Campus. Led by Leader-in-Residence Sahana Srikandarajah, the program offers hands-on workshops and ongoing mentorship to guide the next generation of entrepreneurs through the early stages of business development. Participants, working on ventures ranging from clothing lines to consulting services and restaurants, have engaged in workshops covering key topics such as ideation, market research, customer discovery, feasibility, and business model canvas.

For students at North Campus, the BYOB program will begin on October 29 in E201. Attendees who participate in five out of seven sessions will have the opportunity to win a share of $40,000.

Applications are open—join the upcoming sessions and take the first step toward launching your business idea!
