The WIL team was thrilled to partner with the Faculty of Applied Sciences & Technology to host this Student Engagement session with the Ministry of Children, Youth & Social Services I+IT Cluster on Tuesday, February 15th. The session, led by Rose Ruso, Student Program Analyst, provided students with information about what it is like to work within this sector of government and what they could expect from potential WIL placement opportunities. The panel also shared helpful tips for setting yourself apart as a candidate during the application and interview process. The session targeted students from the Business Administration, Digital Business Management, Management Studies, and Supply Chain Management programs. Students were excited about the prospect of participating in placements that would provide great learning and development opportunities.
