Kadeisha Richards, an alumna of the Pastry Arts program, was recently featured in the Toronto Star discussing her chocolate line Koko Chu's. After graduating, she wanted to create chocolates that people would not only think about, but also remember for the creative and interesting flavour combinations. Kadeisha currently sells her chocolate at Black Owned Toronto in multiple malls around the city. But, she plans on expanding her business into her own physical store that would also sell pastries.
There are many different flavors offered by Koko Chu's, including Matcha Gingerbread, Red Wine, Ghana Coconut, and others.
