Longo Centre for Entrepreneurship Welcomes New Team Members

The Longo Centre for Entrepreneurship is pleased to announce the addition of two new members to its team, Ashley Gibbs and Sahana Srikandarajah, who bring a wealth of expertise and passion for entrepreneurship.

Ashley Gibbs, Project Manager

Ashley Gibbs joins the Longo CfE as a Project Manager, dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the entrepreneurial landscape. With a strong focus on managing and co-creating innovative entrepreneurship programs and services, Ashley plays a vital role in nurturing the next generation of change-makers. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Management, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship from Queen's University, Smith School of Business, along with over five years of practical experience in various startups. Her blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on expertise positions her well to support aspiring entrepreneurs. Welcome, Ashley!

Sahana Srikandarajah, Leader-in-Residence

Sahana Srikandarajah ia a graduate of Humber's Bachelor of Public Relations program and joins the Longo CfE as the Leader-in-Residence. As the founder of Auggy Media, she specializes in digital marketing and content creation for small businesses, with a proven track record of helping companies achieve digital transformation. Sahana is passionate about empowering entrepreneurs and is excited to lead the Longo Family Be Your Own Boss (BYOB) Workshop and the Longo Innovate and Create Entrepreneurship (ICE) programs. Her goal is to inspire and support aspiring entrepreneurs as they embark on their business journeys. Welcome, Sahana!
