Industry Thought Leader Gives Advice on Career Management
Senior Vice President of CHUBB Insurance Colin Laird gave an excellent lecture on Career Management during uncertain times.
The lecture was well-timed as many students are within a month of graduating from their respective programs and will be entering the workforce amidst a global pandemic.
Colin shared some best practices on how to navigate one's career, dealing with constant change and the next frontier. He also provided students with three key pieces of advice, including:
- Always having time for the things you put first
- Never be afraid to trust good people
- Look at how you measure success
