Humber Fashion Trip to New York

Diploma, Degree, and Post Grad fashion students traveled to New York City for a fashion business trip with their Program Coordinators.

The agenda was packed full with a visit to WGSN, Macy’s tour, Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum, Fashion Institute of Technology, and a final stop to the MET to view the Heavenly Bodies fashion exhibition.

“I’ve been to New York many times but this was a trip of a lifetime. Visiting WGSN and having an opportunity to network and learn how they do what they do while receiving advice on how to find an opportunity with them, and being the first to see the MET Heavenly Bodies exhibit were just some of the superb appointments on our trip itinerary organized by Humber faculty. Words and pictures do not do this trip enough justice.” - Diliana Karaleeva.

There were many trip highlights and networking opportunities for the fashion programs. There was even a proposal on the trip. Congratulations to Paul Dygon and Rohma Anzar.
