With the enthusiastic support of General Manager Natasha Melanson — who also serves on Humber’s Program Advisory Committee — this partnership provides students with hands-on experience and invaluable mentorship. Through structured internships and training, students are gaining real-world insights and developing essential skills that position them for long-term career success.
In 2023, Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites launched a forward-thinking internal hiring initiative to cultivate emerging talent. This initiative grew in 2025 by onboarding interns and delivering robust, career-focused training programs. It reflects Hilton’s commitment to not just hiring but also investing in individuals who are passionate about hospitality.
