Grade 10 students from Kingsway College School took part in an entrepreneurship workshop at the Longo Centre for Entrepreneurship (CfE), building on earlier sessions focused on ideation, target market identification, and business concept development. Over the past few months, these students have honed their business ideas, with the workshop further enhancing their pitching skills.

Additionally, Grade 10 and 11 students from Etobicoke Collegiate Institute joined for their second workshop, which included hands-on activities aimed at sparking creativity, fostering collaboration, and developing strategies for identifying target markets and pitching ideas effectively.

These workshops have prepared the students to participate in the upcoming Longo Family Be Your Own Boss (BYOB) High School Video Pitch Competition, where they will compete for a share of $6,500. The competition promises to showcase a range of innovative and exciting business ideas from these budding entrepreneurs.
