Global Learning Collective (GLC) Virtual WIL Information Session
The Work Integrated Learning Centre has once again collaborated with the Global Learning Collective (GLC) to offer exciting global virtual WIL opportunities in the Fall 2021 semester.
On Thursday, July 22nd, André Siffert, Interim Director of Global Partnerships with the GLC, described the unique opportunities that bring students from around the world together to work on business related projects. Students from various Longo Faculty of Business programs joined the session and were eager to hear about these incredible learning opportunities. We were also pleased to welcome Rachit Arora, a current Marketing Management Post-Graduate student who just completed the program in the Summer semester. Rachit shared details about the projects that we worked on, key learning that he gained, and unique challenges that he overcame, which ultimately resulted in a very fulfilling learning experience for his WIL placement. Students selected for the GLC Virtual opportunities will participate in the program from September 27 to November 19, 2021.
