FGF Brands Shares Recipe for a Great Career with Students

Talent Acquisition Coordinators Mahtash and Sam from FGF Brands were welcomed by the Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) Centre on February 6th to share Summer 2023 student opportunities.

The information session covered details on what students could expect upon joining the FGF team including the opportunity to connect with senior members for mentorship, hands-on experience and touring the facilities. In addition to field experiences, co-ops and internships, there are also opportunities for new graduates, apprenticeships, and those in MBA programs.

FGF Brands’ workforce is comprised of team members from over 50 countries - with 50% of their leadership being women. There is also an 85% staff retention rate with many opportunities to advance internally.

Branded as FGF Life, students have the opportunity to work in many areas of the company including marketing, human resources, accounting, finance, IT, food science, supply chain and more. Stonefire, ACE Bakery and Simple Joys are just a few of the bakeries under FGF Brands, and with their vision “to become the world’s greatest baker” FGF Brands is always looking to add talent.
