Fashion Squad Dresses Up Insurance!
On February 14, 2022, current Fashion Management postgraduate student Rishi Mehta, conducted an interactive and engaging presentation to Insurance Management Program students at the International Graduate School on professional style for the corporate world. Under the supervision and mentoring of his Program Coordinator, Rossie Kadiyska, this presentation provided insurance students with tips and techniques on how to dress for virtual interviews and industry networking events. Over the span of the presentation, Rishi and Rossie showcased different fashion ensembles and tips on shopping with a student budget. Comments from one IMPG student that attended the presentation was “Rishi’s presentation was fantastic, as I feel confident now knowing how best to present myself when meeting employers!”
This is one of many exciting initiatives that the Fashion Squad has offered the insurance program over the years. Other initiatives include weekly Instagram tips, onsite makeovers, and a suite of interactive style videos. The collaboration between these programs has been amazing and a huge thank you to Rossie for being the driving force behind this amazing initiative.
