Empowering Indigenous Financial Leadership: IPPAC Program Soft Launch

We are proud to announce the successful soft launch of the Indigenous Pension Plan (IPPAC) program at the 22nd National Conference of AFOA Canada in Winnipeg. The positive reception and interest expressed by attendees have intensified anticipation for the official launch scheduled for September 2024.

Designed for Indigenous Pension Plan Administrators and Band Council members, the IPPAC certification program offers a comprehensive curriculum tailored to the unique needs of Indigenous communities. Covering topics such as defined contribution pension products, governance duties, and fiduciary responsibilities, learners completing the IPPAC certification will acquire the expertise to proficiently administer pension plans and guide Band members toward their financial goals.
