Longo Faculty of Business WIL Centre welcomed Cynthia Kelly, HR Manager at Aird & Berlis LLP as a guest speaker on Thursday, March 31, 2022. Ms. Kelly delivered an enlightening and educational virtual presentation to Law Clerk Diploma and Paralegal Degree students on the hiring process and work-life at Aird & Berlis. She provided tips for succeeding in the firm and information on the employment environment.
Ms. Kelly spoke candidly about salary, the job offer process, and what she looks for in a candidate. Students learned about marketing themselves and making important decisions about their career paths. She encouraged the students to apply to their many existing job opportunities and to reach out to her directly for any assistance or information they may require.
