On April 10th, 2018, Humber Fashion Arts and Business students put on Haute Humber, their annual fashion showcase. Guided by Program Coordinator and Professor Jennifer Dawson, fashion students spent three months developing and planning the showcase. This year's fashion show took place at The Centre for Entrepreneurship. The students wanted to bring the event back to campus and invited local high schools to attend the dress rehearsal.
The inspiration for Haute Humber came from student's experiential learning visit to the Christian Dior Exhibit at the ROM earlier this year. There, students had the chance to get an up-close look at the classic couture and elegance of the brand.
