On Friday, April 27th - on the final day of their final semester - the 8th semester students in the Human Resources Degree program made their Capstone presentations in front of their classmates and a panel of judges. Each presentation was based on an actual "client" organization that the student team worked with throughout the semester.
One of the teams worked with Covenant House, a well known not-for-profit organization that helps homeless youth, and at the end of their presentation the group presented a representative from that organization with a cheque in the amount of $300 on behalf of their entire graduating class.
It was a particularly meaningful way to end their time at Humber!
