TJX Interview Workshop

Practice makes perfect – that was the theme of this workshop hosted by the Business School Placement Centre.

The workshop featured professionals from TJX Canada’s Talent Acquisition teams. The interactive and informative workshop allowed students to see what a great interview looks like at TJX Canada. Strategies and approaches to building great answers to typical interview questions as well as Behaviour Descriptive Interview questions were reviewed and practised.

Students were given an opportunity to both ask questions about TJX’s recruitment practices and general business trends in interviewing.

Hearing some of the outstanding answers to the insightful questions from students illustrated the value of the workshop.
