Banking and Finance Industry Event

On March 7th, The Business School Placement Centre hosted an Accounting and Finance Industry Event at the Lakeshore Campus.

Representatives from industry leaders such as TD Canada Trust and Scotiabank were present along with Rapport Credit Union, KIK Corp, World Financial Group, and CIAS. The companies shared information about the company and potential job and internship opportunities.

Over 120 students from the Business School attended the career fair styled event that ran all afternoon. The employers were impressed with many of the prospective students and collected numerous applications for the opportunities available.

The event was a huge success with many students receiving call backs for interviews from the companies that attended.
