The Tax Accounting certificate program is designed to provide an introductory understanding of accounting with an emphasis on computer skills and tax accounting. The program includes an overview of corporate and personal taxation, as well as an opportunity to explore and develop a business plan.
Due to changes with the new CPA - ACAF programming, Humber has discontinued ACCT 100 Information Systems Concepts and replaced it with ACCT 120 Information Systems Applications. If you are taking the Accounting, Tax Accounting or Computerized Accounting programs and must take Information Systems towards graduation, please register for ACCT 120 in its place.
