Digital Business Management students worked with Baking and Pastry Arts Management students on a collaborative project designed by Chef Alastair Gray and Hanadi Alnawab on the development of a Café Reviews blog.
Baking and Pastry Arts Management students were asked to visit a coffee or tea shop as part of their second-year BAKE 204 course taught by Chef Alastair Gray, and critique and review their experience. The critique included every detail of their experience, from the quality of the beverage and how it is presented to what it is presented in and what it could be eaten with it, as well as the ambiance.
Digital Business Management students were responsible for designing and developing the website. They also supported their colleagues with the technical requirements of optimizing content for search engines, publishing blog posts, and maintaining the website as part of their BUS 2504 coursework, supervised by Hanadi Alnawab.
