This course introduces sales, marketing and customer service concepts and practices for P&C professionals. In addition to the marketing concept and marketing mix, this course highlights the three P's of services marketing - people, process and physical environment - along with professional consultative sales and customer service practices. This course will also cover the management of customer relationships to build loyalty through the delivery of customer satisfaction.
