This course is designed to identify and teach the skills required in an organization to attract, select and retain an effective workforce. The knowledge and skills acquired in the course will help students undertake these activities in order to contribute effectively to the overall goals of an organization. The changing legal environment and the impact of legislation and the courts on the employment function are a major component of this course.
