This course is designed to provide a systematic framework for identifying, designing and ultimately managing a value-added organizational compensation system. Students will examine the formulation of a reward and compensation strategy. They will be provided with opportunities to investigate methods for determining compensation approaches and values. Topics include designing performance and indirect pay and implementing, managing, evaluating and adapting the organization compensation system. The focus will be on applying compensation strategies.
