This award is named in honour of Robert Langevin, an avid golfer dedicated to the integrity and professionalism of the sport.

This award is named in honour of Tex Noble, a former Education Director with the CPGA who was instrumental in the development and training of young golf professionals, and who also served for many years as a member of the senior administrative team at Humber College. To a full-time student in the International Project Management Post-Diploma Program who shows promise in the field of humanitarian assistance as evidenced by vision, previous work and volunteer experience, as well as grades and participation in the Humanitarian Assistance course, as recommended by faculty to the Dean.
Recipients are notified in writing when their Scholarship/Award funds will be available for disbursement. Some awards are presented at the College's annual award presentation ceremonies, attended by the recipients, company representatives, and members of the Humber faculty/staff.
Please note that awards are considered part of a student's taxable income for the year. The College will issue T4A forms to all recipients for the year in which the award is paid.
