This common business platform is shared with other business degree programs in year one and two. In years three and four, you will work toward your specialization. This Human Resources Management degree program meets the most current standards and academic requirements set by the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA). What students learn in the program allows them to write the national exams and obtain CHRP designation. (Becoming a certified HR professional requires additional fees.)
