Residential Landlord and Tenant Law

Gain an understanding of the substantive rules drawn from the Residential Tenancies Act as explained by guidelines and pamphlets produced by the Landlord and Tenant Board, as well as enforcement of this substantive law through notices and applications to the board. You will learn how to complete forms relating to the enforcement of rights and obligations belonging, respectively, to the tenant and the landlord.
