This subject will provide students with the fundamental concepts necessary to develop and manage projects. The focus of this course is on projects in the Information Technology environment. This subject will develop project skills from a financial management perspective. Topics include: project elements, project life cycles, risks, financial evaluations, projects and their implications on quality. This subject is team- and project-based and emphasizes the application of knowledge.
